How to Reserve

Grand Tradition will be doing virtual ticket sales for our 40th Anniversary High Tea! We have attached a map and information below to help you with your table selection on the next page. Please review this prior to April 18th, 2024 , when ticket sales go live at 9 am.

This event is sold by the table. The number of guests in the party will determine the table size. It is NOT communal seating.

Veranda Seating – Outside Patio, heaters alongside each table.

  • Pink – Seats up to 4 guests. Pricing $400.00

Ballroom Seating –

  • Green – Seats up to 6 guests. Pricing $600.00
  • Purple – Seats up to 8 guests. Pricing $800.00

To ease your experience, please have all of the following information ready prior to selecting your table:

  • Party Size to determine which table you will want to purchase.
    *Please note – If your guest count is over 8 guests, a second table will need to be purchased.
  • Payment Method and Billing Address.

When you have all your information ready, click the “Pick your Table” button below to begin your purchase. (Button will appear when tickets go on sale April 18th, 2024 at 9am.)

On the following page, you can select your table and add it to your cart. Once a table is in your cart, it will be reserved for 5 minutes while you complete your checkout. If you exceed this 5 minutes, your table will be released back into inventory, and you will have to select another table.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% (see the chart below). Cancellations must be received with at least 14 days prior notice. No refunds will be given within 14 days (July 6th, 2024) of the event date. Cancellations can be submitted via phone or email ([email protected]).
